Today in the 48th match of IPL 2013, Delhi Daredevils won the toss and elected to bat first. Mahela Jayawardene was the first to fall as he got out when the team score was just 13. Virender Sehwag also got out soon leaving Delhi at 32/2 in 7.1 overs. Unmukt Chand was the next to fall and Delhi were struggling at 50/3 in 10.5 overs. Today in the 47th match of IPL 2013, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to bat first. Ajinkya Rahane and Shane Watson opened the innings and added just 20 runs for the first wicket stand. Rahane was the first to fall and soon James Faulkner also got out leaving Royals at 27/2 in 4.3 overs. Shane Watson and Sanju Samson then steadied the innings and scored 35 and 40 receptively. Good bowling by KKR never allowed the Royal batsmen to free their hands and eventually they were able to post a total of 132/6 in 20 overs.

Chasing 133 to stay alive in the league, KKR got off to a decent start as Gautam Gambhir and Manvinder Bisla added 41 runs in 5.3 overs before Gambhir got out. Today in the 46th match of IPL 2013, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and elected to bat first. Openers Saurabh Tiwary and Chris Gayle added 36 runs in 6.3 overs for the first wicket stand. Chris Gayle was the first wicket to fell as he got out after scoring 21 off 21 balls. Virat Kohli scored 25 off 18 balls before getting out. Saurab Tiwary’s 45 ball 52 and a cameo of 23 ball 50 by AB de Villers helped RCB post a total of 187/3 in 20 overs.

Chasing 188 was never going to be easy for Pune and they needed a good start. But man in form Aaron Finch got out after scoring just 15 when the team score was 20. With his wicket, RCB bounced back and restricted Pune to 170/9 and thus won the match by 17 runs.
