Time – 16:00 local | 10:30 GMT
Venue – Rajiv Gandhi Int. Stadium, Hyderabad

Today in the 39th match of IPL 2014, Sunrisers Hyderabad will take on Kings XI Punjab at 4 pm Indian Standard Time.

Kings XI Punjab who were placed at number one spot a day ago were dethroned by CSK and will be hoping to win today and get back their number one slot in points table. KXIP who have shown a great all round performance till their last match against KKR would like to erase all the memories of that match and would be hoping that the team regains its winning momentum.

On the other hand, Sunrisers who have won four and lost five matches so far will be seeing this opportunity to beat KXIP and get the two points which will take them closer to the playoff position. Though both these teams are coming into this match with defeats in their previous matches, SRH would know that they need the 2 points more than KXIP and thus would go all out for a win today.

Venue – M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore

Today in the 38th match of IPL Season 7, Royal Challengers Bangalore will take on Delhi Daredevils in the second match of the day at 8 pm Indian Standard Time.

Royal Challengers Bangalore who started with emphatic wins in the UAE leg have failed to justify the big names they have in their team. The biggest problem for them has been the bowling department. Despite scoring decent runs, they have not been able to defend the total and as a result they are now placed 7th in points table with 3 wins out of 9 matches.

On the other hand, Delhi Daredevils too had a nightmare from the time the UAE leg has ended. They have not won a single match in India so far and with 7 defeats out of 9 matches, they are almost out of the contention for the playoffs. Today they will be playing for their team’s pride and also to balance the record against RCB whom they have defeated 5 times in 12 matches so far in IPL.
