The poor run of Mumbai Indians continued as they lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad by 15 runs, their straight fifth loss in as many matches.

Mumbai needed 27 to win in last 2 overs and 7 runs came of the second last over by Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Finally Mumbai needed 20 to win from last over and their only hope was Pollard but he got bowled on the very first over after scoring a brilliant 48 ball 78 which included 3 fours and 6 sixes. With his wicket, it was all over for Mumbai and they eventually lost the match by 15 runs.
