Royal Challengers Bangalore finished on a high note today as they thrashed Deccan Chargers by 9 wickets to win today’s match and thus qualify for the Champions League T20. Earlier Deccan’s won the toss and decided to bat first. A superb bowling by Bangalore never allowed Deccan Charger batsmen to score runs. Wickets started to fell right from the very first over and the whole batting order collapsed. Deccan’s were all out for mere 82/10 in 18.3 overs. The entire batting line up looked spineless against classic bowling by Kumble (4 wickets) and team.

Chasing 83, Royal Challengers Bangalore started off really calmly and scored just 50/1 in 9.5 overs. But as the total was very small, they played with ease and finally thrashed Deccan’s by 9 wickets to get the third spot in this edition of DLF Indian Premier League.
