In the end Rajasthan Royals scored 211/4 in 20 overs.

Kings XI Punjab
Kings XI Punjab started the innings on a disastrous note and lost the wicket on the very first bowl of the innings. Chasing a target of 212, they needed a solid start but this could not happen and they kept loosing wickets at regular intervals. The pressure of high run rate kept mouting and the batsmen kept loosing the nerve and Kings XI Punjab were reduced to 53/5 in 10 overs. The match looked out of the reach and Kings XI Punjab could manage only 133/8 in 20 overs and thus suffered a humiliating defeat by 78 runs.
