SRK ties up with Anil Ambani
King Khan has tied up with Anil Ambani’s ADAG group to host a cricketing zone on the team’s official website. Economic Times reports the move aims to create a community of Kolkata Knight Rider’s fans. The company also said that it would be spending Rs one crore on the marketing initiatives and the tie up projects for co-branding. The portal would be supplying content for the IPL team’s website.
Speaking on the partnership, Shah Rukh Khan said, “We were looking for someone who could capture the essence of cricket and at the same time promote Knight Riders as the best IPL club. Zapak.com with their custom-built games around Knight Riders will give the gamers an opportunity to feel and be a part of Knight Riders.”

Chennai Super Kings Defeated Mumbai Indians By 6 Runs
So after a superb batting performance, Chennai Super King bowlers also didnt let the team down. From the very first over they started with a superb line and length. Luke Ronchi was brilliantly run out by S Badrinath when the team score was 9. Soon Sanath Jayasuriya also returned to the pavilion when the score was 30. This was not the start the Mumbai Indians had expected but then Robin Uthappa played a good inning and took the score to 81 in 9.4 overs. But the run rate was increasing rapidly so in order to cope with it he tried to accelerate the score rate but in this process he was bowled by Joginder Sharma. Uthappa scored 43 runs in 36 balls but that proved to be too little to save his team. Pollock came to the center to take the team score to some respective target but he also failed. SM Pollock was bowled Amarnath and the team was reeling at 97/4 . Bravo played a good innings but the climbing runrate was becoming difficult to cope. so he played some dangerous shots and was out when team score was 130 in 14.2 overs.Soon Murli striked again and got the wicket of and score was 141/6. After 16.3 overs Mumbai Indians were 154/6 and required another 55 runs with 4 wickets and 21 balls remaining.As the run rate was increasing it was becoming more and more difficult for Mumbai Indians to win.Harbhajan Singh striked two massive sixes of Oram’s over and raised the hopes again by collecting 13 runs of that over.Murlidharan was brought to bowl the second last over and he got the wicket of Harbhajan Singh. In the last over Mumbai Indians needed 19 runs.They scored 8 runs in first two balls and then a no ball gave them a free hit but Nehra missed on that opportunity. From last two balls Mumbai Indians needed 8 runs. Tension and pressure was at its maximum and it was Chennai Super Kings who holded on the nerves to win the most thrilling match.

Chennai Super Kings Smashed Mumbai Indians Bowlers
In the 8th match of DLF – IPL, Mumbai Indians lost the toss and were invited to bat first by Harbhajan Singh. Harbhajan Singh’s decision looked some what dubious as the pitch was said to be the best for batting first. Parthiv Patel and Mathew Hayden opened the innings and they scored 34 in just 3.1 overs before Patel was out. The last match’s hero Hussey was also out cheaply giving some delight to the Mumbai Indians.But Suresh Raina came into the center and played a very responsible innings and scored quick fire 54 of 37 balls. Hayden and Raina shared a 100+ partnership which came to end with the fall of Raina. But the damage was already done. Dhoni came to the center to take the score to a new heights and played a cameo. He striked the ball to all corners in his innings of 30 runs in just 16 balls. Hayden was the next to get out by scoring 81 of just 46 balls. In this match, a new IPL record was made and that was of the maximum number of fours scored.Dhoni got out at the second last ball of the match.Badrinath was the next to come and he scored 2 runs at last ball. So Chennai Super Kings scored a total of 208/5 in 20 overs.
