April 11, 2013: The match between RCB and KKR took an ugly turn when captains of both teams got in war of words at the IPL match played today.
It all happened when Laxmipathy Balaji took the wicket of Virat Kohli and instead of going back to pavilion, he headed towards KKR captain. Earlier Gautam Gambhir said something to Kohli which Kohli which raised Kohli’s temper.
Both the players charged towards each other but Rajat Bhatia intervened and settled the on field spat.
Later during presentation ceremony, the men in blue took it lightly and said they don’t have anything personal against each other and whats done on field is done.
