But Tendulkar was out early and soon after Mumbai Indians lost Rahane. Duminy came into the center to join Jayasurya but this time Duminy too failed and Mumbai Indians were 23/3 in 5.2 overs. Bravo and Jayasurya then batted sensibly and took the score past 80 run mark. Both the batsmen completed half centuries and Bravo remained unbeaten till end. In 20 overs, Mumbai Indians could manage 149/4.

Chasing the target of 150, they got to a very good start. Though Royal Challengers Bangalore lost Jaffer when the team score was 24, but after then it was no looking back. Kallis and Uthapa punished every bowler and smashed bowlers to every corner of the ground. Both completed half centuries and made sure Royal Challengers Bangalore achieve the target comfortably.
